Yelp Reviews:
I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. I've been visiting Mia's for about 4 years now and everything is always great. Every opportunity I get, I take friends there and they always love it. Mia often gives me little homemade snacks during or after a meal and always asks everyone how they're doing -she seems to know everyone who walks in the shop. The food tastes great!
My favorite is the teriyaki chicken - simple and great. I also often get he BiBimBap - also delicious!
You'll love anything you try :-)

Best place to eat on the hill if you are looking for something affordable and to be served with a smile. Mia is the nicest lady to cook food for me! Teriyaki is good. Burgers and sandiches are good. Even a good place for breakfast. A place for all taste buds. I eat here weekly.

I have a crush on Mia's Off Broadway- full of delicious, super affordable food and staffed with some of the nicest ladies I've ever run into.

Quirky little place, with a big bar/window combo so that you can people watch. Tried the braised beef sandwich and the short ribs and they were both superb.

I'm not sure why I only recently discovered the magic of Mia's. I live very close-by, attended SCCC for some time (spending many a dollar at other, far more mediocre places near there), and am always a fan of trying new places... But I just never went.
Mistakes were made. Their spicy chicken teriyaki wrap is like if a teriyaki platter and a burrito had a beautiful, giant baby. I've tried other things at Mia's, but I always go back to that wrap. The food arrives quickly and you can feed two people very happily for about $14.
If you've walked by a million times but never tried it, go inside! It is well worth it.

Mia is a total sweetheart! She's always smiling and makes a very yummy breakfast. Try the Hawaiian! It's rice, spam, egg, and nori, with a side of soy/sesame sauce. I don't even like spam, but all those flavors together work so well.
